Job summary

VIQU IT partners with an established SaaS company to recruit a Client Services & Success Manager who will own the helpdesk and Professional Services function. This remote role offers occasional UK-wide travel and reports directly to the CEO.

You will drive client success, oversee projects like migrations and onboarding, run training sessions, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Technical teams to optimise delivery in the transition from desktop to SaaS.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a professional services team in SaaS.
• Background as Customer Success Manager or Account Manager with commercial focus.
• Experience optimising workflows using AI.
• Senior enough to operate autonomously and represent the company at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Drive upsell and expand within existing client base.
• Lead professional services and support teams with clear targets.
• Run product training and onboarding sessions for clients.
• Manage client projects such as migrations and onboarding against timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technical teams; leverage AI to boost productivity.
