Job summary

Rathbones Plc in Belfast is seeking a Client Service Executive to join the Financial Planning division on a permanent hybrid basis. You will coordinate service delivery to clients, support Financial Planners and ensure MiFID II compliance and timely responses.

The role emphasizes maintaining client records, scheduling Annual Reviews, and collaborating with Investment Managers and external providers to sustain excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements (AML, MiFID II).
• Effective time management and prioritisation abilities.
• Advanced Word and intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience in client service or financial planning administration.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients to keep them up to date on matters within MiFID II procedures.
• Assist in preparing outstanding financial advice on investments and pension planning.
• Schedule Annual Reviews and coordinate with Financial Planners.
• Coordinate work with Financial Planners and others to deliver client service.
• Provide administrative support to Financial Planners and maintain client records in CRM.
• Ensure regulatory requirements and internal procedures are followed.
