Job summary

Rathbones Plc in Belfast is seeking a Client Service Executive to join the Financial Planning division. You will coordinate client service activities and ensure timely delivery of promised service as part of the client team in our local office, working in a hybrid pattern.

In this role you will support Financial Planners with preparing advice on investments, pensions, and estate planning, schedule annual reviews, maintain records, and ensure compliance with AML, MiFID II, and internal procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong time management and prioritisation.
• Ability to coordinate work with multiple Financial Planners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word/Excel.
• Familiarity with financial services administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure continuity of service for clients in the local office.
• Assist with preparation of outstanding financial advice on investments, pensions, and estate planning.
• Remind Financial Planners of Annual Reviews and schedule them.
• Coordinate work with FPs, PPs and others; manage workloads.
• Provide administrative support to Financial Planners.
• Maintain client records and CRM entries.
• Process new business applications and supporting docs, ensuring feedback and timescales.
• Support relationships with Investment Managers, Clients and external providers.
• Participate in Model Office communications and complete actions timely.
• Provide guidance and training to other team members.
• Keep procedures up to date and follow them.
• Cover other offices/teams when required.
