Job summary

Apex Group is hiring a Client Solutions Lead to own the full onboarding lifecycle from pre-sales to implementation on Tocan’s investor onboarding platform. You will liaise between clients, prospects and internal teams to ensure workable, commercially viable solution designs.

The role combines solution design, stakeholder management and hands-on delivery, with focus on data migrations, run book development and continuous process improvement across global jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis role.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with solution design, run book development, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform detailed GAP analysis and develop business cases.
• Hands-on experience with data migrations, including planning, execution, and post-migration validation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing value and capabilities.
• Provide pre-sales support, including setting up demo environments and assisting with technical queries.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design customized solutions and map run books.
• Conduct GAP analysis to capture requirements and develop business cases.
• Capture and document client requirements, workflows, and success criteria; provide configuration advisory support.
• Oversee data migrations, including mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
• Produce regular reports and insights on project status and client success metrics.
