Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Tocan Data & Configuration Analyst to maintain the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of configurable reference data within the Tocan Onboarding platform. This role demands a strong command of SQL and a proven track record of leveraging it to manage, extract, and report on critical data sets.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years hands-on SQL experience with query writing and reporting.
• Experience managing configurable software reference data.
• Experience building internal and client-facing SQL reports.
• Knowledge of KYC/onboarding in financial markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain configurable reference data within the Tocan platform.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Design SQL-based reporting solutions for internal and external clients.
• Test and validate system configurations and data changes.
• Support onboarding processes for jurisdictional and client needs.
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and configuration issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data challenges.
• Contribute to data management initiatives and system enhancements.
