Job summary

Apex Group is seeking a Client Solutions Lead to own the full lifecycle of client onboarding, from pre-sales support through to implementation delivery on the Tocan platform. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure commercially viable, high-quality solutions.

The role requires leading solution design, coordinating across Product, QA and Client Success, and driving data migrations with rigorous validation and reporting on metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis role.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with solution design, run book development, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform detailed GAP analysis and develop business cases.
• Hands-on experience with data migrations, including planning, execution, and post-migration validation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of solutions.
• Provide pre-sales support, including setting up and maintaining demo environments and assisting with technical queries.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to design customized solutions, map run books and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Conduct GAP analysis to identify client needs, capture detailed requirements, and develop comprehensive business cases.
• Capture and document client requirements, workflows, and success criteria and provide configuration advisory support.
• Oversee data migrations, including mapping, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation of data between systems.
• Prepare and collate effort estimates to support solution proposals and client decision‑making.
• Determine and provide regular reports and insights to leadership on project status and client success metrics.
