Job summary

Apex Group seeks a Client Solutions Lead to own the full lifecycle of client onboarding for Tocan’s investor onboarding platform. You will design solutions, coordinate with stakeholders, and oversee implementation, ensuring commercially viable designs and successful deployments.

The role requires strong presales and solution consulting能力, excellent communication, and hands-on delivery across data migrations and configuration activities.

• Experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis role.
• Strong technical acumen with ability to translate concepts into business value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging demonstrations to prospective clients and illustrate value.
• Provide pre-sales support including demo environments and technical queries.
• Design customized solutions, map run books and troubleshoot issues.
• Capture requirements, workflows and success criteria for configuration advice.
• Oversee data migrations: mapping, cleansing, transformation and validation.
