Job summary

Redimeer is seeking a Client Solutions Engineer to drive technical delivery, onboarding and ongoing operation of a market-leading risk analytics platform for the renewable energy sector. You will work closely with clients, engineering teams and technology leadership to support onboarding, manage client environments and ensure secure, reliable platform operations.

This hands-on, client-facing role combines cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices and customer engagement within a growing technology

Qualifications

• Experience working in a DevOps environment across development and operations.
• Strong practical experience with AWS cloud services (ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Experience deploying and supporting containerised applications and production environments.
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, networking and access management.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform or similar) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent technical documentation and strong client-facing communication skills.
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS platforms and security reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support client environments across the platform.
• Lead and support the technical onboarding of new clients.
• Work with client security teams to ensure successful implementation and security controls.
• Configure access, authentication and security controls; ensure platform readiness.
• Deploy platform components and perform connectivity and acceptance testing.
• Coordinate incident response and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support release management, backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Develop and maintain runbooks and technical documentation.
