Job summary

Prosource is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to support and improve our global IT and security posture across multiple locations. The role combines on‑premises and cloud infrastructure responsibilities with a focus on resilience, cyber security, disaster recovery and continuous improvement.

You will manage a portfolio of infrastructure services, coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, and ensure systems meet security and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Strong background with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies and cloud (Azure).
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V) and storage/backup solutions.
• Networking knowledge (LAN/WAN/TCP/IP, switches, firewalls).
• Exposure to cyber security monitoring and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Provide infrastructure support across global operations with strong customer service.
• Troubleshoot server, network and endpoint technologies across the business.
• Investigate, manage and resolve infrastructure incidents and escalate as needed.
• Maintain on‑premises and cloud infrastructure services.
• Monitor and respond to cyber security threats and incidents.
• Ensure OS, applications and endpoints are patched and up to date.
• Support physical servers, storage platforms, VMs and cloud technologies.
• Ensure backup, recovery, data retention and disaster recovery tested regularly.
• Manage software licensing and compliance requirements.
