Job summary

Risk Ledger is seeking a Platform Engineer to join a cross‑functional team of software engineers, product managers and designers. You’ll own scalable cloud infrastructure and tooling to enable secure, fast delivery across AWS and GCP, with a focus on reliability and developer experience.

You’ll work across CI/CD, SRE, and DevSecOps, shaping best practices, observability and cost efficiency, while collaborating closely with engineers, security, and product managers to ship value for customers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Platform Engineering, SRE or DevOps.
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP.
• Proficient in Terraform and infrastructure automation.
• Container orchestration knowledge (Kubernetes, ECS/EKS).
• CI/CD systems experience (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
• Observability stack knowledge (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki).
• Security-focused approach across CI/CD and deployments.
• Ability to work across ambiguity and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Improve platform tooling and internal developer experience.
• Own reliability through SRE principles and SLAs.
• Ensure security is embedded across the pipeline.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Support AI/ML platform tooling as needed.
• Move fast with quality and cost-awareness.
• Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge.
• Contribute to incident response and monitoring.
