Job summary

Zinier is seeking a Client Partner in the UK who can translate complex technical requirements into customer-centric solutions for our field service management platform. This remote role supports a global client base and reports to the Professional Services leadership.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to design scalable, integrated solutions, guide workshops, and document clear technical designs.

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of SaaS experience in professional services or client-facing roles.
• Experience in high-growth startups with evolving product roadmaps preferred.
• Strong problem-solving to address product gaps and challenges.
• Experience delivering solutions in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with lead solution architects to gather and analyze requirements, define solution scope, and document processes.
• Facilitate workshops, customer meetings, and design sessions to align stakeholders on solution design.
• Collaborate closely with product, development, and cross-functional teams to design scalable, customer-aligned solutions.
• Define and maintain technical implementation documentation (e.g., Low-Level Designs).
• Evaluate, configure, and customize product features while ensuring integration and implementation best practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, propose solutions, and provide post-implementation support.
