Job summary

Zeta Global in London seeks a Principal Solutions Consultant to lead solution strategy for strategic enterprise opportunities across the UK, focusing on the Zeta Marketing Platform. You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering and Services to translate complex challenges into differentiated solutions.

You will personally lead discovery, develop tailored demonstrations and guide technical evaluations, while mentoring peers and shaping go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Eng or pre-sales for SaaS/MarTech.
• Proven track record supporting and winning complex enterprise deals.
• Deep knowledge of CEP, CDP, identity, analytics and cross‑channel orchestration.
• Strong executive presence with CMOs and CIOs, plus storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic discovery and solution design for complex opportunities.
• Advise senior leaders and run executive workshops linking objectives to outcomes.
• Shape enterprise solutions around ZMP and related products across the portfolio.
• Build tailored demonstrations and multi‑product narratives.
• Own technical win strategies and guide evaluations, RFPs and PoCs.
• Identify value through migration, expansion and platform modernization.
• Ensure feasible delivery requirements with Product, Eng and Services teams.
• Translate customer insights into product and GTM recommendations.
• Mentor and elevate junior pre-sales colleagues and contribute to playbooks.
• Represent Zeta externally at events and industry engagements.
