Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is recruiting on behalf of a specialist luxury business for a Client Services and Tailoring Specialist. You will support a prestigious client base across bespoke and made-to-measure products, delivering exceptional service.

You'll combine client service, account management, order management and operational coordination. You will manage inquiries to delivery, coordinate fittings and measurements, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a heritage environment.

Our client is a specialist luxury business with a long-standing heritage and an exceptional reputation for craftsmanship and customer service. They are looking to appoint a Client Services and Tailoring Specialist to support a prestigious client base across bespoke and made-to-measure products.

This is a varied role combining client service, account management, order management and operational coordination. You'll work closely with customers, manage orders from enquiry through to delivery, coordinate fittings and measurements, and support the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Tailoring and measurement experience is essential, along with a background working for a Royal Warrant holder, heritage tailoring business, livery company or similar luxury environment. Strong client-facing skills, commercial awareness and a hands-on approach are key.
