With strong menswear knowledge, you will manage private appointments, offer expert styling and tailoring advice, build lasting client relationships, and consistently hit sales targets through thoughtful cross-selling and wardrobe-building recommendations.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales Expert to join our team in Central London, delivering an exceptional client experience while representing the brand's values, craftsmanship and commitment to excellence.

Role

• A strong understanding and experience in menswear
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Drive revenue through cross-selling, upselling and considered wardrobe-building recommendations.
• Deliver exceptional, personalised service to a discerning luxury clientele.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and appointment management.
• Provide expert styling and tailoring advice
• Manage private appointments and provide a discreet, professional service at all times

Package

• Salary up to £38,000 + commission
• Excellent Commission, no threshold, no cap
