Job summary

Corpay is hiring a Sales Operation Executive on a maternity cover contract for 1 year, based in our London Moorgate office. You will support end-to-end client onboarding in the Cross Borders division, working closely with Sales and Compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met while delivering a positive client experience.

You will coordinate onboarding timelines, collect necessary documentation, and maintain Salesforce records.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new clients from handover to approval.
• Be primary contact for onboarding queries and ensure timely communication.
• Coordinate with Sales to review and collect required documentation before Compliance.
• Present a complete onboarding pack for KYC Review.
• Liaise with Compliance to meet regulatory requirements efficiently.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and monitor timelines.
• Identify and resolve onboarding bottlenecks to improve client experience.
• Support retention through smooth onboarding journeys.
