Qualifications

• Demonstrates high attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
• Analytical thinker able to solve problems under pressure.
• Able to communicate clearly in written and verbal form.
• Proactive mindset with experience in fast-paced environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Significant experience in financial markets and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver allocated client lifecycle processes within defined service levels.
• Process onboarding cases for clients across TP ICAP businesses with due diligence.
• Monitor negative media alerts, investigate and escalate to compliance.
• Use screening tools for client screening in BAU cases.
• Assist Team Lead, and help transition functions in and out of the Client Lifecycle team.
• Support group mailbox management and respond to queries within the team.
• Build relationships with internal Operations and Front Office via collaboration.
• Coordinate with Anti-Financial Crime in London on AML/KYC escalations.
