Job summary

Crown Agents Bank Limited is seeking a Client Manager to deliver a streamlined onboarding experience for clients, coordinating KYC, regulatory, product and operational setup. You will facilitate platforms for first trades and ensure back-office readiness for timely settlements.

The role emphasizes data collection for MI, strong client lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration to complete onboarding steps ahead of the first trade.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within banking.
• Client facing & onboarding role.
• CDD experience advantageous.
• FX and Payments experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Track client progress throughout the onboarding lifecycle and ensure timely updates for stakeholders.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, including KYC activities and platform setup for FX and payments.
• Facilitate platform setups including SWIFT integration, accounts and wallets for trading relationships.
• Share information to establish the trading relationship and support client services handover.
