Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Client Services Coordinator to support multiple brands. You will help manage projects from start to finish, coordinating timing plans, cost estimates, and studio briefs, and liaising with internal teams to deliver on client requirements.

You will gather market information, communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, and maintain accurate status and contact reports. The role offers exposure to marketing and communications in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing marketing or client projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Services team across brands and projects.
• Manage small projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare timing plans, cost estimates and creative briefs.
• Coordinate work through a bespoke job management system.
• Ensure briefs translate into deliverables and meet client requirements.
• Monitor production processes to meet deadlines and quality standards.
