Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator/Manager to lead strategic initiatives for established client accounts in the UK. You will serve as the main liaison between customer stakeholders and diverse internal teams to ensure delivery excellence.

You will plan reviews, track actions, and coordinate cross-functional product/service rollouts, while managing governance, timelines, and reporting to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across established client accounts.
• Act as the central point of contact between customer stakeholders and internal teams.
• Plan and facilitate regular customer review meetings, track actions, and ensure successful delivery of commitments.
• Coordinate product and service rollouts with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams.
• Manage project governance, timelines, communications, and reporting.
• Support complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
