Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a client development professional to support opportunities for strengthening client relationships through planning, feedback programmes and client intelligence activities. You will translate feedback into tangible actions, manage proposals and capability documents, and deliver dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to client teams and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or client listening roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and communicate insights.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and BD technologies is desirable.
• Experience creating reports and data-driven recommendations is desirable.
• Proactive and resourceful, able to work collaboratively and take ownership.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support colleagues in identifying opportunities to strengthen and grow client relationships through planning, relationship mapping, client feedback programmes, gap analysis, marketing campaigns and client intelligence activities.
• Assist client teams with proposals, capability statements and client plans and commitment documents.
• Support the delivery, growth and evaluation of the firm's client listening programmes.
• Translate client feedback into meaningful actions and improvements.
• Act as the primary contact for DACB's PMR programme.
• Maximise opportunities identified through client feedback and contribute to continuous process improvement.
• Promote effective use of client development technologies and tools, including client listening platforms, CRM systems and engagement tools.
• Deliver training, communications and stakeholder engagement relating to client development technologies.
• Analyse client and prospect data.
• Produce dashboards, reports and presentations with actionable insights and recommendations for client teams and business leaders.
• Act as the primary contact for PMR programme.
• Maximise opportunities identified through client feedback and contribute to continuous process improvement.
