You will follow set procedures and ensure all duties are in line within set KPI’s, always keeping the customer in mind and striving to proactively address their concerns and needs. You will have the option of hybrid working once trained.

We’re RPS, and our projects are all around you. We define, design, and manage projects that create shared value in a complex, urbanising, and resource-scarce world. Our people are our success, and we need individuals who share our passion for solving important problems. Here is where you come to build a career.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Answering all incoming communications from clients, suppliers, and the wider OH team
  • Using and understanding our bespoke booking system to schedule appointments and update relevant parties as required (full training will be provided)
  • Monitoring client charges and producing invoices
  • Attending regular client meetings via video call
  • Inputting weekly electronic timesheets accurately (full training will be provided)
  • Performing routine administrative tasks and undertaking any ad-hoc duties
Who we’re looking for:
  • Prior strong office-based administrative experience gained in a busy environment
  • Competent user of the MS Office suite and able to complete Pivot and Vlookups
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a critical eye for accuracy with a right-first-time attitude
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills with a high focus on customer service and able to build and maintain relationships with key clients and service users
  • Ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines with a flexible approach
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
What’s in it for you:

Hybrid/flexible working arrangements, 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays, company pension scheme, free onsite parking and facilities, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), and a great benefits package.

Here you’ll find true support and encouragement. We’re an accredited training provider, and we support learning and development for everyone. A personal development plan and a transparent career pathway put you in the driving seat of your career, and you’ll be supported as far as you want to go.

We encourage and value different ideas, perspectives, and styles of thinking. We need a mix of experiences and skills to develop the most innovative ideas. We respect one another and recognize the potential and contribution of everyone. You’ll be joining a diverse community and a company that puts its people first and prioritizes their wellbeing.
