Hamptons in Aldgate is seeking a highly motivated and organised Client Services Consultant to join the team, with the option of hybrid working arrangements. You will receive extensive training and have opportunities to progress quickly within the Client Services department and the wider business.

As a valued member of the team you will grow local market share by building relationships with Vendors and Landlords, generate Market Appraisals and Revenue, and build a strong pipeline of future

Qualifications

• Experience in sales with proven results.
• Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
• Organised with proactive approach.
• Self-motivated with good time management.

Responsabilités

• Grow local market share by building relationships with Vendors and Landlords.
• Maintain regular meetings with front office teams to strengthen branch relationships.
• Utilise the database to generate Market Appraisals, Instructions and Revenue, and build a strong pipeline of future business.
• Provide local and national market updates to Vendors and Landlords to build credibility.
• Make business generation calls to secure appointments and cross-referrals including mortgage and conveyancing appointments.
