Job summary

Hamptons in Farnham is seeking an experienced Lettings Consultant to join our office. You will be instrumental in registering applicants, arranging viewings, and maintaining landlord communications while targeting daily and weekly goals.

You will leverage local market knowledge to outperform competitors and collaborate with the Manager to grow new business opportunities, with a focus on progression and robust training.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full and clean driving licence.
• Previous estate agency experience in a negotiator role or sales environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and registering new applicants.
• Organising and carrying out viewings.
• Maintain regular contact with landlords and applicants and note all correspondence and communications.
• Achieve all daily and weekly targets.
• Arrange, organise and conduct all viewings in line with landlord instructions.
• Negotiate where instructed any offers received.
• Understand the local market to gain a competitive edge.
• Work with the Manager to identify and maximise new business opportunities.
