Job Description

  • Lead on key client relationships, maintaining excellent communication and keeping clients informed about product developments
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure expectations are met
  • Understand and ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Oversee client requests and coordinate with departments to deliver effectively
  • Lead client meetings and drive performance across product and marketing
  • Ensure the business's technological and data capabilities align with client needs
  • Provide client insights by reviewing data reports, analyzing trends, and identifying commercial opportunities
  • Drive new revenue opportunities with clients and partners
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to improve services and processes continuously
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives collaboratively with marketing teams
  • Attend conferences and industry events

The Successful Applicant

We seek candidates with proven experience in a client services role, ideally within a tech agency, delivering complex solutions for clients or similar media and marketing agencies. Demonstrated success in client and account growth, increasing client spend through identifying new opportunities, is essential. A natural relationship builder, you will be a trusted and influential stakeholder both internally and externally.
