Salary: Up to £27,352.00 per annum, depending on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:15 to 17:15

Note: You will not be required to work Bank Holidays or weekends.

We are seeking a Client Services Administrator with experience in a customer service environment and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate is a team player, capable of multitasking with attention to detail and flexibility. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, are essential.

Your role involves meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring smooth reception operations, and prioritizing the client's journey. Providing excellent customer service is crucial.

The Client Services team handles client inquiries, appointments, and bookings with high standards of accuracy and customer focus.

As our Client Services Administrator, you will:
  • Play a key role in enhancing the 'Customer Journey' through continual review and improvement
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff, both face-to-face and via phone and written correspondence
  • Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure consistent and professional service delivery
  • Tour prospective clients around the facilities
  • Complete monthly KPIs
