We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Delivery team at MercerMarsh Benefits. This role will be based in Birmingham. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

  • Support data gathering, organizing, entering, and analyzing for client projects
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver excellent client service
  • Handle client and member queries (verbal and written) in line with SLAs
  • Promote continuous improvement within your team and location
  • Develop and maintain technical and market knowledge
  • Quality check work for junior colleagues
  • Attend client meetings as required
  • Serve as a training and technical resource for colleagues

What you need to have:

  • Administrative experience in a professional services environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Good planning and organizational skills with deadline management
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, establishing rapport with clients and colleagues
