TC Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Client Service Manager to lead a high-impact service charge team. The role balances client relationship management with portfolio oversight, driving growth opportunities and ensuring top-tier service.

The successful candidate will oversee service charge accounts, guide a team, and engage with senior leadership to shape strategy and sustainable growth across our national client base. This is a hybrid role with clear ownership and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting background with experience reviewing work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with a methodical workload approach.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Service charge accounting knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships with regular online and in-person engagement.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing clients to expand the portfolio.
• Own portfolio performance, including billing targets, recoveries, debt management and forecasting.
• Coach and develop Senior and Executive Accountants through on-the-job support.
• Identify training needs and drive development plans, escalating where required.
• Build your personal brand to promote the team, with an active LinkedIn presence and content creation.
• Champion continuous improvement, driving efficiency and service enhancements across the team.
• Support adoption and development of our bespoke software ForSite across teams and clients.
• Stay up to date with sector developments and share knowledge across the team.
