TC Group in Milton Keynes is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our award-winning service charge team. You will oversee the preparation and review of service charge accounts, coach junior staff, and collaborate with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality client service.

Qualificações

• Strong accounting background with some experience reviewing work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident working independently and collaboratively.
• Highly organised with a methodical approach to workload management.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Service charge accounting knowledge (desirable).
• Proactive, with a strong desire to learn and develop.

Responsabilidades

• Review service charge accounts and factual findings assignments, ensuring work is completed accurately and to the highest technical standards.
• Support Managers in the delivery of client portfolios, helping to ensure deadlines and service standards are consistently achieved.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and property managers, responding to queries and building strong professional relationships.
• Assist with the planning and allocation of work across the team to ensure efficient delivery.
• Support the resolution of technical and operational issues, escalating where appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining excellent levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.
• Coach and develop Senior and Executive Accountants through on-the-job support
• Support Managers with performance management, onboarding and employee development activities.
• Identify training needs and drive development plans, escalating where required
• Build your personal brand to promote the team, with an active LinkedIn presence and content creation
• Champion continuous improvement, driving efficiency and service enhancements across the team
• Support adoption and development of our bespoke software ForSite across teams and clients
• Stay up to date with sector developments and share knowledge across the team
