Job summary

HSBC Group is launching a Commercial Banking graduate programme designed to build deep knowledge of financial solutions for business clients. You will rotate through Product teams in two six-month placements, then complete a 12-month Coverage placement to support client relationships.

The program emphasizes learning across product design, pricing, risk, and cross-team collaboration, with a focus on commercial outcomes and sound controls. English fluency and UK work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 2:1 undergraduate degree or international equivalent.
• Completion of studies by July 2027.
• Fluent in English.
• Legally permitted to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme and beyond the end date, without HSBC visa sponsorship.
• Provide your final undergraduate degree result using your university grading system.

Responsibilities

• Participate in two six-month placements in Product teams to learn financial solutions for businesses.
• Support product design, pricing, and financial analysis during rotations.
• Proceed to a 12-month Coverage placement to learn client relationship management.
• Collaborate with risk, legal, operations and technology colleagues to deliver products and maintain controls.
