Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc is launching a Relationship Management - Commercial Bank - Graduate programme based in the South-West and Wales, with rotations across Bristol, Cardiff and Swansea. You will start with two six-month placements in Product teams to learn how financial solutions help businesses operate, grow and manage risk.

You’ll then undertake a 12-month Coverage placement to support client relationships, coordinate expertise and balance client needs with commercial returns and risk.

Qualifications

• Available to work full-time from July 2027.
• Achieved or on track for a 2:1 Undergraduate degree (or international equivalent).
• Will have completed studies by July 2027.
• Legally permitted to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme without HSBC visa sponsorship.
• This programme does not satisfy Home Office visa sponsorship criteria; eligible to work in the UK without HSBC sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete two six-month placements in Product teams to understand financial solutions for businesses.
• Contribute to data analysis, product design and pricing, and support financial analysis and credit assessments.
• Work with risk, legal, operations and technology to support product delivery and controls.
• Proceed to a 12-month Coverage placement to support client relationships and balance objectives with risk and returns.
