Job summary

Qualifications

• Available to work full-time from July 2027.
• 2:1 undergraduate degree or international equivalent.
• Will have completed studies by July 2027.
• Legally permitted to work in the UK for the full duration without HSBC visa sponsorship.
• This programme does not satisfy Home Office visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Complete two six-month placements in Product teams to learn financial solutions and risk considerations.
• Analyze client and market data to identify trends and support product design and pricing.
• Collaborate with risk, legal, operations and technology to support product delivery and controls.
• Move into a 12-month Coverage placement to support client relationships and opportunities.
• Balance client needs with commercial returns and risk throughout rotations.
