Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc invites applications for a Graduate Programme in Relationship Management within Commercial Banking. Based in Glasgow, the role starts July 2027 and runs for 24 months, including two six-month placements in Product teams, followed by a 12-month Coverage placement.

You will build client relationships, learn financial solutions, and rotate through teams such as Legal, Credit and Risk, with structured training to prepare for a permanent client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Be available to work full-time from July 2027.
• Achieve or be on track to achieve a 2:1 undergraduate degree or international equivalent.
• Legally permitted to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme.
• Interest in client needs and financial solutions helps; no prior banking experience required.
