Job summary

HSBC Group in the United Kingdom offers a Commercial Banking graduate programme. You will begin with two six-month placements in Product teams to learn how financial solutions help businesses operate, grow and manage risk.

Following this, you’ll move into a 12-month Coverage placement to support client relationships, coordinate expert input, and balance client needs with commercial return and risk. A structured path leads to a permanent client-facing role.

Qualifications

• 2:1 Undergraduate degree or above (or international equivalent)
• Studies completed by July 2027
• Fluent in English
• Legally permitted to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme and beyond without HSBC visa sponsorship
• Provide your final undergraduate degree result using your university grading system (e.g. 2:1, First Class, GPA)

Responsibilities
