Job Overview

Our Third Party Administration (TPA) department is a dynamic team managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing market-leading services on Defined Benefits (DB), Defined Contribution (DC), and CARE pension arrangements.

We are seeking a full-time Client Relationship Manager to join this department in one of our four offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall TPA client relationships, ensuring alignment with profit and revenue targets.
  • Leverage knowledge of our products and services to enhance client offerings.
  • Lead the development of annual client plans and budgets in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Manage client recovery plans and oversee service delivery projects.
  • Collaborate on shared client relationships and account development initiatives.
  • Assist with client contract and service order reviews.
  • Maintain communication regarding client plans, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare for and participate in client meetings, following up on actions.
  • Handle client disputes or service issues effectively.
Candidate Profile
  • Extensive experience in pension administration, especially in DB, DC, and CARE schemes.
  • Proven track record in managing third-party client relationships in a commercial setting.
  • Experience in scoping, costing, and delivering TPA projects.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the UK pensions market and a professional qualification such as AIMPI is preferred.
