What's the job?

Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing business relationships with companies ranging from start-ups to large enterprises. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a business-minded approach, eager to forge alliances across a multi-layered business environment. You'll be:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within either the Property Management or Science Parks team.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Drive client engagement and retention through proactive communication and support.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in client relationship management within the IT sector (bonus points if you've worked for an MSP already).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relationship builders that will find the right solutions for our customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
