Surgery Energy Refunds works with GP Surgeries and Private Healthcare providers to uncover and reclaim money lost through mis-sold energy deals. Many GP surgeries are unaware they may be entitled to significant refunds all the way back to the year 2000 with the average claim being £43,000.00.

We’re expanding rapidly and are looking for to recruit individuals who have a good network within General Practice and know how GP practices operate. Ideally looking for applicants to have worked within a GP Surgery, a PCN or at ICB level.

Your Role

As a Relationship Manager, your mission will be to connect with GP surgery decision makers, explain how our service works, and guide them through the sign up process. This is a relationship-driven role that rewards proactive outreach, trust-building, and operational insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to GP surgeries eligible for energy refunds
• Build relationships with Practice Managers, Partners, and PCNs
• Educate practices about their rights and the refund process
• Manage onboarding and documentation requirements
• Liaise with our internal claims and legal teams to ensure smooth handovers
• Maintain detailed CRM records and report on progress regularly

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager in Primary Care or within a PCN or ICB

• Strong understanding of NHS practice operations and decision-making structures

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Confident, proactive, and self-motivated

• Comfortable working to targets and KPIs

• Integrity and discretion when dealing with client financial matters

Remuneration

Generous bonus structure of £50.00 per Surgery signup

Generous commission structure of 1% of successful claims

OTE of £55,800.00 per annum
