Overview of Role

Office: London (hybrid 50%)

Based in London, the Client Relationship Manager will maintain a portfolio of clients, handling all non-legal communications related to non-billable work, and building relationships to enhance client satisfaction, protect the portfolio, and expand business across Walkers. Additional responsibilities will be assigned by Senior Management as needed.

Responsibilities & Person Specification
  • Ensure compliance of the CRM portfolio with government and statutory requirements, internal KYC/CDD, and maintain AR within the portfolio.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive, excellent client care, becoming their go-to for non-legal queries and workflows.
  • Act as a key contact point between clients, WPS, and the Law Firm, supporting administrative and compliance matters, client portal access, billing inquiries, and other non-legal assistance.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Partners and senior colleagues to strategize on expanding and cross-selling WPS services based on client needs.
  • Promote WPS marketing materials to clients and external intermediaries as appropriate.
  • Engage with marketing teams for seasonal client activities and broader initiatives.
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in professional services, business development, or relationship management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong administrative skills and multitasking ability.
  • Good industry and market sector knowledge.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines, work independently, and operate proactively.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information sensitively.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
