Job summary

Eden Rose is seeking a Client Proposition Manager – Wealth Management in Dorset. You will own the client proposition and shape how services are delivered to varied client segments, with emphasis on high-net-worth clients. Strong CRM experience and strategic development skills are essential.

Work alongside Directors and advisers to implement differentiated propositions, optimise client experiences, and drive cross-functional initiatives across the wealth management business.

Client Proposition Manager – Wealth Management

Location:Dorset
Salary: Up to £60,000
Working pattern: By agreement

We are working with a growing wealth management business to recruit a Client Proposition Manager into a newly created senior role.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take ownership of the client proposition and help shape how the business delivers its services to different client segments, particularly within the HNW space.

Key Duties

• Develop and implement a differentiated client proposition and service structure.
• Lead client segmentation and improve the overall client experience.
• Maximise the use of Salesforce/CRM across the business, including workflows, reviews and management information.
• Develop targeted propositions for key client sectors.
• Support the integration and development of complementary services, including estate planning.
• Work closely with Directors, advisers and the wider leadership team to deliver the proposition.

What They’re Looking For

• Experience within wealth management or financial services.
• Background in client proposition, segmentation, commercial strategy or a similar role.
• Strong experience with Salesforce or another CRM system.
• Experience working with or developing propositions for HNW clients.
• Commercially minded, with the ability to work across different areas of a business.
• A proactive builder/creator who enjoys developing and implementing new ideas.
