Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to oversee multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met. You will support Technical Project Managers with scheduling, mobilisation and project administration, and coordinate engineers and subcontractors throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasises accurate data management, proactive updates to customers and internal teams, and collaboration with commercial and operations to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, administration or a similar operational role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple live projects and competing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with systems, documentation and data.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to identify and elevate issues when required.
• Good IT skills and experience using business management or project systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring actions, deadlines and requirements are followed through.
• Support Technical Project Managers with scheduling, mobilisation and ongoing project administration.
• Coordinate engineer and subcontractor attendance, materials and other project requirements.
• Raise and track subcontractor work orders and monitor progress through to completion.
• Maintain accurate project trackers and proactively highlight delays, risks or issues.
• Support quotations, purchase orders, variations, uplifts and invoicing.
