Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd. seeks a Capital Projects & Mobilisation Coordinator to drive successful delivery and mobilisation of capital projects, from openings to acquisitions. Remote role with occasional travel to company sites, coordinating across departments, maintaining plans and dashboards.

You're a detail-oriented organiser with excellent communication and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment, supporting procurement and documentation activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project coordination, project administration or project support role.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• High level of organisation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor multiple capital and mobilisation projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, dashboards and reporting documentation.
• Liaise with stakeholders across the business to ensure actions are completed within agreed timescales.
• Provide regular project updates and highlight risks, issues, delays or dependencies.
• Act as a central point of contact for project-related enquiries.
• Prepare, maintain and distribute project documentation, reports, action logs and meeting minutes.
• Support project meetings, including occasional attendance at company sites and client locations.
• Assist with gathering project requirements and coordinating mobilisation activities.
• Support procurement processes, including raising purchase orders and coordinating equipment, supplies and services required for projects.
• Ensure project records remain accurate, current and readily available to stakeholders.
