Job summary

A project support role is available with Allscreens Nationwide Ltd to assist a global engineering client on a defined eight-month project. You will handle PO creation/amendments, liaise with teams, run SAP reports, and support with minute-taking and action trackers.

The role requires strong administration skills, attention to detail, and solid IT proficiency across MS Office and SharePoint. Collaboration with Project Engineers and the Admin team is essential for on-time project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong administration experience with attention to detail.
• Experience in project coordination in engineering/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills: MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; SharePoint a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process requests to create, amend and maintain Purchase Orders.
• Liaise with teams for PO queries and access issues.
• Run SAP reports and verify internal order transactions.
• Attend project meetings and record minutes; update action trackers.
• Schedule meetings and maintain project documentation and databases.
• Gather information for presentations and updates; ensure timely reporting.
