Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services, part of Gallagher, is seeking an experienced Client Project Management Consultant Senior. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage client engagements, and implement Total Rewards solutions for a range of clients.

You will collaborate with clients, technical teams, and business partners to ensure successful delivery, mentor colleagues, and drive continuous improvement across projects and services.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of project management experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and data analysis abilities.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.

As a Client Project Management Consultant Senior, you’ll play a key role in delivering this innovative solution. You’ll work with clients, technical teams, and business partners to implement and enhance our Total Rewards technology. You’ll lead projects, guide teams, and ensure our solutions meet client needs.

About You

• Experienced in project management, with 6–8 years in a similar role.
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal.
• Skilled in critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
• A team player who can also work independently.
• Comfortable leading client discussions and navigating complex challenges.
