The Client Partner position is a key role within the Brillio Customer Success team for the United Kingdom, responsible for driving sales, business development strategies, and executive relationships for BFS and Insurance Clients.

In this role, the Partner will be responsible for driving superior customer experience and revenue growth. The position also requires working with and leveraging corporate and internal digital groups. The individual will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at the CXO level and creating long-term strategic partnerships within the client portfolio. The role shall be supported by a team of practice managers who will help create the customer experience and ensure delivery excellence.

The Partner will act as a “trusted advisor” to clients and should possess a mix of strategic business and technology experience. With Brillio’s strong presence in the Digital Transformation space and our entrepreneurial culture, this position offers a dynamic growth opportunity for the right individual to contribute to a rapidly expanding company in an exciting field.

Responsibilities
  • Establishing and managing client relationships at all levels
  • Building trust and leveraging client context by understanding overall business goals and culture
  • Positioning Brillio as a strategic IT partner and identifying new partnership opportunities
  • Managing account P&L and high-level delivery responsibilities
  • Mapping Brillio’s capabilities and solutions to client requirements
  • Building relationships with leading BFSI and Insurance brands
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of delivering growth with BFSI services clients (10M+) and driving strategic partnerships
  • Experience serving Insurance companies is desirable
  • Possesses a proactive, street-smart, optimistic approach, capable of innovative thinking and leading by example
  • Working knowledge of Product Engineering, Cloud, Analytics, or Digital technologies for customer insights
  • Senior executive presence and credibility, with an interest in engaging senior-level executives in business transformation
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong client management, business development, and delivery experience
