Job summary

PHMG is seeking an ambitious Operations Associate to join our Client Care team in Old Trafford, Manchester. You will manage the day-to-day client journey, coordinating with Account Managers, Copywriters, Post-Production and Technical Teams to deliver high-quality audio branding productions.

The role offers a fixed-term contract to Dec 2026, a £29,000 salary with an OTE of £30,000, and Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:15pm, in a vibrant, employee-owned company that is recognised for innovation and client

Qualifications

Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ambitious self-starter with drive and customer service focus.
Excellent listening and writing abilities with confidence in communication.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Experience with CRM databases and standard PC software.
Ability to balance client needs with business objectives.
Commitment to personal development and career growth.

Responsibilities

Project management of all creative aspects of the client journey.
Liaise with Copy, Post-Production, Music and Voice teams to develop client audio branding productions.
Collaborate with Technical Teams to implement productions and resolve outstanding cases.
Contact clients after email campaigns to ascertain update requirements.
Support Account Managers by understanding client base and identifying new business opportunities.
Ensure timely responses to client queries and proactively coordinate with internal teams.
Perform audio branding quality check calls with clients and troubleshoot as needed.
