Job summary

PHMG, a Manchester-founded audio branding agency, is seeking an Operations Associate to support the North American account base from our Manchester office. You will collaborate with Account Managers, Copywriters, Post-Production and Technical Teams to deliver timely, high-quality client experiences.

You’ll manage project timelines, coordinate creative production, and respond to client requests while exploring opportunities to grow client relationships.

Qualifications

• Solid verbal and written communication skills with proven experience within a similar role.
• Ambitious self-starter with drive and a commitment to first-class customer service.
• Strong listening and writing skills with clear articulation and confidence.
• High levels of attention to detail and excellent organisational/time-management skills.
• Experience with standard PC software and CRM databases.
• A commercial mindset to balance client needs with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project management of all creative aspects of the client journey.
• Coordinate with Copy, Post-Production, Music and Voice teams to develop client audio branding productions.
• Work with Technical Teams to implement productions and resolve outstanding cases.
• Contact clients after email campaigns to confirm update requirements.
• Support Account Managers in identifying additional business opportunities.
• Ensure timely responses to client queries and proactively coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Conduct audio branding quality checks with clients and troubleshoot as needed.
