Job summary

PHMG is seeking an Operations Associate to join the Client Care team in Manchester, focusing on day-to-day management of UK client accounts. You will coordinate across Copy, Post-Production, Music, and Technical teams to deliver high-quality audio branding productions and resolve cases quickly.

You will liaise with Account Managers and clients, manage project timelines, and support identifying new business opportunities. A professional, detail-oriented communicator is essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Project manage all creative aspects of the client journey.
• Coordinate with Copy, Post-Production, Music and Voice teams for client audio branding.
• Work with Technical Teams to implement productions and resolve cases.
• Contact clients after campaigns to update requirements.
• Support Account Managers in spotting additional business opportunities.
• Ensure timely responses to client queries and proactive internal communication.
• Perform audio branding quality checks with clients and troubleshoot as needed.
