Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in media operations, planning, client management, and/or digital activation.
• Experience with media planning/buying platforms and ad tech tools such as CM360 and DoubleVerify.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools with sound judgment and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize media plan updates and workflow rollouts for assigned lines of business.
• Manage finance operations processes: billing documentation, aging reports, and code tracking across systems.
• Ensure data cleanliness and compliance across planning and buying systems.
• Develop training materials and maintain global knowledge hub (AmazonIQ) for cross-LOB use.
• Provide day-to-day QA for PMs and act as operational point of contact for account teams.
• Identify automation opportunities and pilot AI-driven solutions where appropriate.
