Job summary

State Street Investment Management is seeking a Client Implementation & Transitions Coordinator in a hybrid role in the Greater London area. You will plan, coordinate and implement new business and change events, acting as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful onboarding and transitions.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• Industry qualifications such as IMC/CISI are advantageous.
• Experience in asset management, custody or investment operations preferred.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, transitions and change events within agreed timelines.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while upholding quality and control.
• Serve as primary coordination point for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate interactions with Custodians and Administrators for setup and documentation.
• Oversee transaction processing and exception resolution.
• Ensure readiness across front, middle and back-office teams for event delivery.
• Collaborate with Contracting and KYC/AML for timely admin completion.
• Maintain accurate static data and portfolio reference data.
• Update checklists and event scheduling to support risk-free execution.
• Deliver exceptional client experience before, during and after events.
• Chair meetings in preparation for, during, and after events.
• Conduct timely, accurate query investigations and resolutions.
• Continuously seek risk improvements and challenge gaps in processes.
