Job summary

Goldman Sachs in London seeks a seasoned professional to lead complex client onboarding within Transaction Banking. You will own end-to-end onboarding and due diligence, coordinating across Legal, Risk and Compliance, and driving go-live success for multi-jurisdiction clients.

You will guide product setup and training, manage project timelines, and maintain strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment, ensuring governance and risk controls are applied.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years of professional experience, including 1+ year in a client-facing role.
• Established expertise in KYC/CIP due diligence across US, UK, and European policy.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and structure complex work.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive all aspects of client onboarding and setup across the TxB suite of products and services.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance to service complex clients across jurisdictions.
• Lead onboarding milestones, due diligence, documentation, and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and reduce go-live timelines.
• Coach and develop junior team members and ensure robust controls and governance.
