Job summary

State Street is seeking a Client Implementation & Transitions Coordinator to plan and coordinate onboarding, transitions and change events. You will be the main contact for internal and external stakeholders and drive timely delivery while managing multiple concurrent projects.

You will work closely with Custodians and Administrators on setup, market openings and documentation, ensuring accurate data and risk-aware delivery across front, middle and back-office teams.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, events or operational initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of investment markets and client onboarding processes is beneficial.
• Ability to plan and run multiple priorities in a delivery-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding, transition and change events within agreed timelines.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously with high quality and control.
• Act as primary point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Facilitate interactions with Custodians and Administrators for setup and market opening.
• Coordinate transaction processing including in-kind trade booking and exception resolution.
• Ensure operational readiness across front, middle and back-office teams for event delivery.
• Work with Contracting and KYC/AML teams to complete legal administration on time.
• Maintain accurate static data and client/portfolio reference data.
• Prepare and complete checklists and scheduling applications for events, ensuring risk-free support.
